Tiger Cave Temple or we call Wat Tham Suea it’s construction dates from 1971, on a small hill. The Temple is built in a mixed, splendid Thai-Chinese style and enshrines a big sit Buddha on top of the hill.

200 steps walk up to Wat Tham Suea

When you get here you can park your car in the parking below, But you have to walk up the stairs about 200 steps, or if you don’t want to walk you can drive up the hill and park up there.

Location of Wat Tham Suea Kanchanaburi

Tiger cave temple located at Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi. Far from Kanchanaburi city around 15 Km or 25 minutes. There is no public transport to Wat Tham Suea but you can rent a car from Kanachanaburi city, or call our taxi service here.
