Experience Kanchanaburi, Travel with Confidence

I was surprised by how well everything went. Quick responses at all times, a drop-off and pick-up service at very good prices, and a new, spotlessly clean car—what more could you ask for? The car was delivered to my hotel right on the dot, and returning it at a location of my choice (the train station) was also completely punctual. I would 100% do it again.

We are a couple from Italy. We contacted the agency by e-mail having found their address on Google. Right from the start they were professional and exhaustive. Excellent service and value for money. We took advantage of a private transfer from the Tham Krasae death railway station to Ayutthaia, with a stop at the archeological park of Wat Prasat Muang Sing (the archeological park tickets were obviously not included). The driver was patient, professional and drove very well, he was very punctual and both he and the agency always kept us updated, also during the trip they made us stop at the service area and offered us bottles of water.

During our trip to Thailand from October 1st to 14th, we used Kanchanaburi Car Rental for several private transfers and excursions from Bangkok.

Our driver was always punctual, reliable, courteous, and extremely friendly, with good English skills. Every individual request was accommodated with great flexibility and care.

The company is highly professional, responding quickly and efficiently to any inquiries or changes to our itinerary. Everything was perfectly organized, making our travels smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

We would definitely use their excellent services again on our next visit to Thailand.

We had an incredible experience with this company from start to finish! When I first sent them our itinerary, they responded incredibly fast, gave us great tips to improve our route, and provided a highly accurate time estimation for the trip. Because the price quote was so affordable, we were initially a bit worried about the quality of the vehicle. However, we were thrilled to receive a brand-new, extremely comfortable, and spacious van with a powerful air conditioner that kept us cool the entire time.
Our driver was absolutely amazing! He arrived early for all pickups and was perfectly punctual at every single stop along the way. Since he is a Kanchanaburi local, he helped us with everything we needed—from finding the best currency exchange rates to sharing local insights about the historic sites. Although his English was basic, it was never an issue because he easily used a voice translator app to communicate.
To top it all off, he was so thoughtful and took beautiful photos of us at every site so the whole group could be in the picture together. The service, the personal touch, the quality of the van, and the driver were all top-notch.
We highly recommend this company!
