These Tour Packages Terms & Conditions apply specifically to all Tour Packages provided by Kanchanaburi Car Rental (“KCR”).
These terms should be read together with our Master Terms & Conditions available at:

In the event of any conflict, these Tour Packages Terms shall take precedence for Tour Package services.
Tour Packages are private tours operated with a professional driver following a pre-designed itinerary created by Kanchanaburi Car Rental.
Each package has a fixed itinerary, estimated service duration, and predetermined pricing.
Tour Packages are transportation services with sightseeing and should not be considered guided tours unless otherwise specified.
Included
Unless otherwise stated on the Tour Package page or quotation, the package price includes:
- Private vehicle
- Professional driver
- Fuel
- Toll fees
- Parking fees
- Driver meals
- Hotel pickup and drop-off within the applicable service area
Not Included
Unless specifically stated, the package price does not include:
- Attraction admission fees
- Driver admission fees where required
- Ferry fees (if applicable)
- Customer meals and beverages
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities not included in the package
Tour Packages are based on fixed itineraries carefully designed to provide the best overall travel experience.
Customers are expected to follow the published itinerary.
Minor adjustments may be possible depending on operational circumstances, while significant itinerary changes may require booking a Custom Tour instead.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions when necessary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Road conditions
- Attraction operating hours
- Weather conditions
- Safety considerations
- Other operational requirements
Such adjustments will not reduce the overall value of the tour.
The package duration includes:
- Driving time
- Sightseeing time
- Waiting time
- Meal breaks
- Restroom breaks
- Photography stops
- Shopping stops
- Any other customer activities
Customers are encouraged to follow the recommended sightseeing time at each attraction to ensure completion of the planned itinerary.
Additional time spent at one attraction may reduce the time available for subsequent attractions.
Tour Package pricing is based on the complete itinerary rather than simply the total number of service hours.
Completing the planned itinerary earlier than expected does not entitle customers to additional attractions, destinations, or extended travel outside the agreed route without additional charges.
If time remains after completing the itinerary, the driver may, at their discretion, accommodate short visits to nearby attractions or photography stops that:
- Are located along the original travel route
- Do not significantly increase travel distance
- Do not substantially extend the agreed service duration
Requests for additional destinations outside the package itinerary may require booking a Custom Tour or may incur additional charges where applicable.
Attraction admission fees are not included unless specifically stated in the package description.
Customers are responsible for paying:
- Their own admission fees
- Any admission fees required for the driver
- Vehicle entrance fees where applicable
These fees are payable directly at the attraction.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental designs all Tour Packages based on normal attraction operating hours.
We cannot guarantee admission if attractions are unexpectedly closed, have special operating schedules, or customers arrive outside operating hours due to delays during the tour.
If an attraction becomes unavailable due to weather, maintenance, government regulations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, Kanchanaburi Car Rental may recommend an alternative attraction of similar interest whenever reasonably possible.
Alternative attractions are subject to travel distance, operating hours, and overall itinerary feasibility.
Tour Packages operate as scheduled under normal weather conditions, including rain.
Where weather conditions affect safety or accessibility, Kanchanaburi Car Rental may adjust the itinerary to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
Refunds or price reductions will not be provided solely due to rain or unfavorable weather conditions.
Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, accommodations, and other locations within Kanchanaburi City, up to 10 km from the city center.
Pickup and drop-off outside the complimentary service area, including Bangkok, are available for an additional charge calculated during the booking process.
Vehicle options available for each Tour Package are specified during the booking process.
Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage.
If the actual passenger or luggage requirements exceed the selected vehicle’s capacity, Kanchanaburi Car Rental reserves the right to recommend or provide a larger vehicle and apply the applicable price difference.
Drivers are professional transportation providers and are not licensed tour guides.
Upon request and subject to availability, Kanchanaburi Car Rental may arrange:
- A licensed tour guide
- An English-speaking Travel Assistant
Additional charges may apply.
Drivers may also provide basic local recommendations and assistance as a courtesy whenever reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for:
- Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time
- Following the published itinerary
- Managing sightseeing time appropriately
- Purchasing admission tickets where required
- Paying any applicable driver or vehicle entrance fees
- Following all Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care requirements contained in the Master Terms & Conditions
Customers are encouraged to arrive prepared at each attraction to maximize sightseeing time throughout the tour.
All Tour Package bookings remain subject to the Kanchanaburi Car Rental Master Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
- Booking Confirmation
- Payment Policy
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Waiting Time Policy
- Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care
- Smoking Policy
- Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage
- Lost Property
- Force Majeure
- Limitation of Liability
Customers are deemed to have accepted both the Master Terms & Conditions and these Tour Packages Terms & Conditions upon confirming a booking.
