We had an incredible experience with this company from start to finish! When I first sent them our itinerary, they responded incredibly fast, gave us great tips to improve our route, and provided a highly accurate time estimation for the trip. Because the price quote was so affordable, we were initially a bit worried about the quality of the vehicle. However, we were thrilled to receive a brand-new, extremely comfortable, and spacious van with a powerful air conditioner that kept us cool the entire time.
Our driver was absolutely amazing! He arrived early for all pickups and was perfectly punctual at every single stop along the way. Since he is a Kanchanaburi local, he helped us with everything we needed—from finding the best currency exchange rates to sharing local insights about the historic sites. Although his English was basic, it was never an issue because he easily used a voice translator app to communicate.
To top it all off, he was so thoughtful and took beautiful photos of us at every site so the whole group could be in the picture together. The service, the personal touch, the quality of the van, and the driver were all top-notch.

Mr Kan my driver was very accommodating, you cannot feel alone coz he can talk English. The owner also was very nice He suggest me those places to go with, but unfortunately some of the tourist spot I ddnt go coz of the weather but its understandable. The arrangement is excellence and Mr. Suchin was incredibly friendly and provided us with exceptional service these past two days. He always arrive very early to pick us up. There's an ice bucket in the back of the car, always ready to provide chilled drinks, as well as delicious Thai snacks. We give a five-star rating and will recommend to our friends.

I was worried about planning our Kanchanaburi itinerary exactly the way I wanted. I wanted something similar to my previous trip, but this time I also wanted to take the train all the way to Kanchanaburi. The ordinary tours didn’t offer what I was looking for, so I decided to take a chance and contacted this company about a customized tour. Luckily, they accepted my terms and offered a very reasonable price.

We took the 7:45 train from Bangkok and traveled all the way to the Tham Krasae Viaduct. The train was old, but we had such a memorable experience. We literally bought every kind of food the sellers offered, just to taste all the local flavors!

At Tham Krasae Station, we met our wonderful driver, Mr. Suchin. He was already waiting for us at the meeting point. We had lunch by the river, and then he drove us to the elephant camp.
I wasn’t looking for a whole-day elephant sanctuary experience, which is what most ordinary tours seem to offer nowadays. I wanted to visit the camp I had chosen — something similar to the place I visited 12 years ago, which is unfortunately closed now. Mr. Suchin was incredibly sweet and took photos of us throughout our entire experience at the camp.
After spending a little too much at the camp, I realized I had run out of cash to pay Mr. Suchin! He was so kind and simply said that we could find an ATM on the way back to Bangkok.
On the way, we stopped at the Bridge over the River Kwai. We also saw some old locomotives located a little further away, which we probably would have missed if Mr. Suchin hadn’t pointed them out to us.

We then had a very nice and comfortable drive back to Bangkok, with a quick stop at an ATM so I could pay him at the very last minute. 🤗
Thank you so much to the company for being flexible enough to create exactly the kind of day trip I was looking for, and especially to Mr. Suchin for being such a kind, helpful, and thoughtful driver. He really made our day even more enjoyable!
