These Private Transfer Terms & Conditions apply specifically to all Private Transfer services provided by Kanchanaburi Car Rental (“KCR”).
These terms should be read together with our Master Terms & Conditions available at:

In the event of any conflict, these Private Transfer Terms shall take precedence for Private Transfer services.
Private Transfer services are point-to-point transportation services between airports, hotels, residences, attractions, cities, provinces, and other destinations within Thailand.
Private Transfers are designed primarily for transportation purposes and do not include guided tours unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Customers booking airport transfers should provide accurate flight information, including:
- Flight number
- Airline
- Arrival date
- Arrival time
This information allows Kanchanaburi Car Rental to monitor flight schedules and coordinate pickups efficiently.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental does not provide airport meet-and-greet services with name signs.
Customers are required to proceed independently to the designated meeting point after collecting their luggage and completing airport formalities.
Upon arrival at the meeting point, customers should contact the driver via WhatsApp or telephone.
Drivers wait in designated parking areas and cannot remain parked at airport pickup zones, as these areas are intended for active passenger loading only.

Detailed maps and meeting instructions will be provided after booking confirmation.
Customers should notify Kanchanaburi Car Rental as soon as possible regarding any flight delays or schedule changes.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays whenever possible.
For delays extending to the following day, customers must contact Kanchanaburi Car Rental to discuss alternative arrangements and service availability, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental shall not be responsible for missed pickups, delays, or additional costs resulting from flight changes or flight information that was not communicated in advance.
Vehicle capacity is determined by both passenger count and luggage requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage information when requesting a quotation or making a booking.
If the actual luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, Kanchanaburi Car Rental reserves the right to:
- Upgrade the vehicle and charge the applicable price difference
- Provide an additional vehicle
- Apply additional charges where necessary
For groups of 9 passengers travelling with more than 6 standard-sized suitcases, Kanchanaburi Car Rental may recommend or require two vehicles to ensure passenger comfort, safety, and sufficient luggage capacity.
Short reasonable stops for:
- Restrooms
- Fuel stations
- Convenience stores
- Refreshments
are permitted without additional charges during the journey.
Additional sightseeing stops, detours, route changes, or extended waiting periods may incur additional charges.
For Private Transfer services, the quoted price is based on the originally agreed pickup location, destination, travel route, and itinerary.
Short stops for restrooms, convenience stores, refreshments, or similar purposes located along the original travel route may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to time availability.
Requests to visit attractions or destinations requiring a significant detour from the agreed travel route may incur a Route Deviation Fee or other additional charges.
Whenever reasonably possible, Kanchanaburi Car Rental will advise customers of any applicable additional charges and obtain their confirmation before proceeding.
Customers are encouraged to inform Kanchanaburi Car Rental in advance whenever they wish to modify the agreed travel route or add sightseeing stops, allowing us to provide advice and confirm any additional charges before the journey continues.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, all toll road fees are included in the quoted transfer price.
Ferry fees are not included in Private Transfer quotations unless specifically stated.
Where ferry transportation is required, customers are responsible for paying the actual ferry charges for:
- Passengers
- Vehicle
- Driver
as required by the ferry operator.
Children requiring child seats or booster seats should request them at the time of booking.
Child seats and booster seats are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the journey.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental drivers are professional transportation providers and are not licensed tour guides.
However, drivers may provide basic local assistance, recommendations, and general travel information when reasonably possible.
Such assistance is provided as a courtesy and should not be considered professional guiding services.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Providing accurate passenger and luggage information
- Providing accurate flight information when applicable
- Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time
- Informing Kanchanaburi Car Rental of any changes to travel plans as soon as possible
- Following all passenger safety requirements contained in the Master Terms & Conditions
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, service disruptions, vehicle changes, additional charges, or cancellation of service.
All Private Transfer bookings remain subject to the Kanchanaburi Car Rental Master Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
- Booking Confirmation
- Payment Policy
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Waiting Time Policy
- No-Show Policy
- Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care
- Smoking Policy
- Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage
- Lost Property
- Vehicle Substitution
- Force Majeure
- Limitation of Liability
Customers are deemed to have accepted both the Master Terms & Conditions and these Private Transfer Terms & Conditions upon confirming a booking.
