Taweechai elephant Camp is located at 14/1 Moo.6 Chongsadao Sub-District, Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. The camp is about 40 minutes from the city by using Ladya-Srisawat Road, the Public Highway No. 3199, and 3457.
Mr. Tawee Longsakul or Bangtu, 71 years old, is the camp owner. There are 40 elephants in the camp. This is the big camp that meets the standard and has been selected as the filming location of Thai and foreign film production companies. It is one of interesting tourist attractions of Kanchanaburi Province.
Taweechai Elephant Camp is opened daily at 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
