These Custom Tours Terms & Conditions apply specifically to all Custom Tour services provided by Kanchanaburi Car Rental (“KCR”).
These terms should be read together with our Master Terms & Conditions available at:

In the event of any conflict, these Custom Tours Terms shall take precedence for Custom Tour services.
Custom Tours provide a private vehicle with a professional driver following an itinerary designed by the customer and agreed upon by Kanchanaburi Car Rental prior to travel.
Custom Tours are private transportation services and should not be considered guided tours unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
Tour quotations are prepared based on the agreed itinerary, travel distance, estimated driving time, service duration, and operational costs.
Customers are encouraged to finalize their itinerary before confirming the booking.
Changes requested after booking confirmation or during the tour may result in itinerary adjustments, overtime charges, or additional fees.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental reserves the right to recommend reasonable itinerary adjustments based on:
- Travel distances
- Road conditions
- Traffic conditions
- Attraction operating hours
- Estimated sightseeing time
- Overall tour feasibility
Our recommendations are intended to help customers enjoy a comfortable and realistic travel experience within the booked service hours.
The booked service duration includes all activities throughout the tour, including but not limited to:
- Driving time
- Waiting time
- Sightseeing
- Meal breaks
- Restroom breaks
- Shopping stops
- Photography stops
- Any other customer activities
Customers are encouraged to manage their sightseeing time appropriately to maximize their overall tour experience.
Time spent longer at one attraction may reduce the time available for other planned destinations.
Custom Tour prices are based on the agreed itinerary rather than simply the number of service hours.
Completing the planned itinerary earlier than expected does not entitle customers to additional attractions, destinations, or extended travel outside the agreed route without additional charges.
If time remains after completing the planned itinerary, the driver may, at their discretion, accommodate brief visits to nearby attractions or stops that:
- Are conveniently located along the original travel route
- Do not significantly increase travel distance
- Do not substantially extend the agreed service duration
Requests for additional destinations requiring significant detours or itinerary changes may incur additional charges.
Attraction admission fees are not included in the quoted tour price unless specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for:
- Their own admission fees
- Any admission fees required for the driver where the driver must accompany customers or access designated pickup or parking areas
Customers are encouraged to check the operating hours of attractions included in their itinerary.
Kanchanaburi Car Rental will make reasonable recommendations during itinerary planning but cannot guarantee admission if attractions are closed or customers arrive outside operating hours.
If an attraction is unexpectedly closed due to weather, maintenance, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances, Kanchanaburi Car Rental will work with the customer to arrange a suitable alternative destination whenever possible.
Alternative destinations are subject to travel time, distance, and overall itinerary feasibility.
Custom Tours operate as scheduled under normal weather conditions, including rain.
Where weather conditions affect accessibility or safety, Kanchanaburi Car Rental may recommend reasonable itinerary adjustments.
Refunds or price reductions will not be provided solely due to rain or unfavorable weather conditions.
Tour prices do not include meals or beverages for customers unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Meals and beverages for the driver are included in the quoted tour price.
Parking fees required during the agreed itinerary are included in the quoted tour price unless otherwise specified.
Licensed tour guides are not included in Custom Tour services.
Upon request, Kanchanaburi Car Rental may arrange:
- A licensed tour guide
- An English-speaking Travel Assistant
Both services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Drivers normally remain with the vehicle while customers visit attractions.
Upon customer request and where practical, drivers may accompany customers on walking trails or within attractions to provide basic assistance.
Where attraction admission is required, customers are responsible for any admission fees applicable to the driver.
Driver assistance is provided as a courtesy and should not be considered professional guiding services.
Drivers may take reasonable meal and rest breaks during the tour.
Such breaks are arranged to minimize disruption and do not affect the agreed overall service duration.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate itinerary before booking confirmation
- Arriving on time at each scheduled pickup
- Managing sightseeing time throughout the tour
- Purchasing attraction tickets where required
- Informing Kanchanaburi Car Rental of itinerary changes as early as possible
- Following all Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care requirements contained in the Master Terms & Conditions
Customers are encouraged to arrive prepared at each attraction, including purchasing tickets, organizing personal belongings, and being ready to continue the journey promptly to maximize sightseeing time within the booked service hours.
All Custom Tour bookings remain subject to the Kanchanaburi Car Rental Master Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
- Booking Confirmation
- Payment Policy
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Service Hours
- Overtime Charges
- No Price Reduction Policy
- Route Changes
- Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care
- Smoking Policy
- Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage
- Lost Property
- Force Majeure
- Limitation of Liability
Customers are deemed to have accepted both the Master Terms & Conditions and these Custom Tours Terms & Conditions upon confirming a booking.
