1. Renter rent the vehicle and paid the rent on the contract day. If there are any damages with breaking this contract by Renter, Renter will pay for all damages happened.
2. The Renter must be responsible for cost of gasoline, parking fees, toll fees , express way fees and penalty under law in case of the Renter violates the traffic rules.
3. The Renter must maintain the vehicle in good condition and keep it at a safe place. And will not use the vehicle in the following cases:
- For racing or test of any types.
For subletting to other person. - For any activity of which the purpose in illegal.
- To make any modification, addition, removal of any accessory or part of the vehicle.
- To take the vehicle outside the Kingdom of THAILAND.
4. If loss or ruin happens by the others the Renter must have full responsible.
5. If any accident with the vehicle, Renter must inform owner immediately, any time 24 hours.
6. Any damages with accident to the vehicle, Renter must pay the basic price at first to owner for 5,000 Baht at least as an excess.
7. In case of an accident made damages with cost more than the basic price that renter paid to owner, Renter must pay in addition to be up to the actual cost of accident.
8. Renter will return the vehicle immediately on due date as specify on this contract. If renter would like to contract lengthen, renter has to renew contract with owner. if no return, Renter will be pursue for the vehicle and Renter has to take responsibilities for all expense of the pursuance.
9. Renter must return the vehicle with at least as much fuel as when he picked it up.
10. Late return fee 200 THB per hour.
11. Late return exceed 5 hours calculate as 1 day.
12. Remove personal Belongings from the vehicle, we will not be responsible for Lost or Theft.
