Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before making any booking with us. By proceeding with any reservation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of any changes to the itinerary on the travel date, such as removing certain attractions or ending the trip earlier than scheduled, no price reduction or refund will be provided.
- In the event of any changes to the itinerary on the travel date, such as changing the route, adding new attractions that are not on the original route, or ending the trip later than scheduled, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on extra distance, toll fees, and overtime.
- If the number of passengers is increased later, an additional charge starting from 500 THB per person per day will apply, depending on the total number of passengers.
- If additional passengers are added and you request an extra drop-off at a location that was not agreed upon in the original itinerary, an additional charge starting from 1,000 THB will apply. And if the luggage space is insufficient, an additional vehicle must be rented to accommodate the luggage.
- In the event that the pick-up or drop-off location is changed to a farther location than originally agreed, or if there is more than one pick-up or drop-off point beyond the agreed arrangement, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on extra distance and toll fees.
- This service is a point-to-point taxi transfer only, from the pick-up location to the drop-off location. There will be no sightseeing stops along the way. However, short stops for restroom breaks or purchases at convenience stores located at gas stations are allowed.

We will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or issues arising from any agreements made directly with the driver that differ from or are beyond the services agreed upon with us. If you wish to extend or modify the service, please contact us directly only.
