Ftless Service with a touch of Patience
We found Kanchanaburi Car Rental through Google and emailed Kan about the service his company could provide. Our trip to Kanchanaburi was to follow the footsteps of my father who was a Prisoner of War on the Burma Railway and so our itinerary was specific. Kan worked out our timing for our 3 days. Day One - Kan picked us up at our Bangkok Hotel and first stop was at Nong PlaDuk Station where the Burma Railway started. We then went to Wat Thewa Sangkharam temple on our way way to Kanchanaburi follow lunch by the river. The restaurant offered excellent food and facilities. We then visited the Museum before leaving us at our Hotel for the night. Day Two - Kan picked us up and took us to the Interpretive Centre/Museum this is such a pleasant place with lovely gardens and clean toilets. Situated on the hill above Hell Fire Pass (Konyu Cutting). Kan left us there as we were going to walk the Railway Track to Hintok. Kan's patience is commendable as we had arranged to meet him at the end of the track in 2hours but with the heat at 36deg and humidity at 70% we went a lot slower than expected and Kan patiently waited at the end of the track in the heat for an additional hour and a half! He then took us to a lovely restaurant where great food and cool drinks revived us. After lunch we took the railway back down the line and Kan was to meet us at Kanchananburi. Yet again Kan waited patiently as the train took over half an hour longer than anticipated with some track work and with the track being single lane in the vicinity of the bridge we had to wait for another train coming from the other side of the river. On day 3 Kan picked us up and took us and took us to the War Cemetery and then to the Death Railway Museum in Kanchanaburi where unexpectantly were able to meet the founder of the museum and talk with him for half an hour and again Kan show his gracious patient nature yet again, followed by a wonderful lunch and a drive back to our Airport Hotel in Bangkok.
Expectational Service
Mr. Kan provided the utmost service during my stay in Thailand. He assisted with one of my hotel bookings since it was not listed with a third party and I cannot read Thai nor have a Thai mobile number. He was very accommodating with daily plan changes with no complaints. I cannot ask for more. He went above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and ate well. He was friendly and great to be around for a few days. He was engaging during conversations. Please do not hesitate to book Mr. Kan’s car service, you will not be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging Kan's service in Thailand, and it far surpass my expectation. From the moment I was picked up from the airport, Kan was punctual, polite, and incredibly professional. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. His company makes the long trip from bangkok to Kanchnaburi enjoyable and fun. Kan was knowledgeable about local attractions, and gave valuable tips about the best places to visit and local custom. He was also very attentive to my needs for pitstop for toilet break and coffee. Additionally, seeing that I was travelling solo, he also become my bodyguard and translator throughout my trip. He even make arrangment for boat and train trip and massage when I casusally mention the activities I want to do. Even on days when I venture on my own, Kan make sure I have the exact location, directions and ensure me that I can reach out to him if I need any assistance. He makes me feel safe and well taken care of. This is especially important for a solo female traveller. I highly recommend his service and will definitely look him up when i visit again. When we were in Bangkok ready to leave, the driver was already waiting for me at the departure location an hour early.

I and my friend stays at the hotel which is an hour drive from Kanchanburi. So, we rent a car from this service to go around attraction areas. Rental price is reasonable. He is negotiable. Car is clean and cool. He can speak English. So, communication is not an issue. But we have to do our own itinerary. We are really thankful to him because he drive us to KFC which is quite a distance from our hotel for dinner.. all we want to say is we well receive his professional service from him. We really appreciate his service.
