This refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings paid via credit/debit card through Stripe and others payment gateway on our web site.
– A cancellation fee of THB 500 will be deducted from the total amount paid.
– The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
– Refunds will be processed via Stripe and may take 10–15 business days to appear on the customer’s credit/debit card statement, depending on the issuing bank.
– No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the travel date.
– Stripe transaction fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
– All refunds will be issued only to the original card used for payment.
– Cash refunds or refunds to alternative cards or accounts are not permitted.
By completing the payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund and cancellation policy.
